If you have never stepped foot inside an escape room, you might have some misconceptions about what actually happens behind closed doors. At Trapped Escape Game, with locations in both Nashville and Pigeon Forge, TN, we hear all kinds of worries from first-timers. Let’s separate fiction from reality and debunk three major myths keeping you from the action. Book today.
“You are literally trapped inside.”
The biggest fear for many beginners is the thought of being locked in a small space. Rest assured, you are never actually trapped! Safety is always the top priority. You can walk out of the room at any time if you need a breather or a restroom break. The goal is to solve the mystery and beat the clock, not to induce claustrophobia.
“You have to be a math genius to win.”
Many people assume they need an advanced degree to solve the riddles. In reality, the best escape rooms focus on observation, teamwork, and out-of-the-box thinking. Whether you are searching the Haunted Cabin or breaking out of Alcatraz, you won’t need complex math formulas. You just need a sharp eye and good communication with your squad.
“They are too scary for families.”
While some escape rooms have an eerie atmosphere, fun escape rooms are built for adventure, not nightmares. Trapped Escape Game creates highly immersive storylines that feel like a live movie set rather than a haunted house. It is an engaging, thrilling challenge designed to bring families, friends, and co-workers together.
