GENERAL ESCAPE ROOM FAQS

AM I REALLY GOING TO BE LOCKED IN AN ESCAPE ROOM?

No, most of our rooms have an exit that is easy to access in case of an emergency. A Trapped Escape Game team member can unlock the door anytime during your game. However, if anyone exits the room before you find the four-digit code, your time will be disqualified from the leaderboard.

HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN PLAY IN AN ESCAPE ROOM? IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT?

Each escape room accommodates between two to eight participants. We require a minimum of two guests to validate an online booking.

While many components of each escape room are more challenging for young guests, we strive to be a family-friendly escape room experience. Anyone under the age of 14 must be supervised by someone 16 or older.

DO WE GET HELP IF WE ARE STUCK DURING THE GAME?

The team at Trapped Escape Game will monitor your group’s progress in a nearby room and can provide you with unlimited clues during your escape game. It’s important to know, however, that after you have used more than three clues, your team will no longer be eligible for the leaderboard.

WILL THERE BE OTHER PEOPLE IN THE ROOM WITH US?

It depends! Each room has a limited number of tickets available and can accommodate multiple small parties. If you would like to book a private room, please give us a call and we can give you special pricing for a private event.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO PLAY WITH JUST MY FRIENDS?

Yes! If you would like to book a room for just your group, we offer discounted tickets for the remaining slots. You will pay for the number of guests in your group and the remaining slots will be offered at a 50% discount. The easiest way is to book your game over the phone and one of our staff will assist you with the discounted tickets!

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY ESCAPE ROOM RESERVATION?

At Trapped Escape Game, we understand that sometimes life gets in the way of your plans. If you are unable to make your scheduled escape room time, we are happy to help you reschedule your game. We do not offer refunds for missed games.

HOW LONG IS EACH ESCAPE GAME?

Each escape room experience at Trapped Escape Game is designed to be completed in 60 minutes.

CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE LARGE PARTIES OR CORPORATE EVENTS?

Yes! At Trapped Escape Game, we love having large parties and corporate groups. The easiest way for you to book your escape room experience is to book your visit online. If you would like help booking a large group or would like to rent out our entire facility, please email us at nashville@trappedescapegame.com for the Nashville location or pigeonforge@trappedescapegame.com for the Pigeon Forge location.

HOW EARLY SHOULD I ARRIVE FOR MY ESCAPE ROOM GAME?

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the start time for your escape room game. Each game begins exactly at the posted start time. If you arrive late, it will take away from the time you have to escape.
